Cooking : Banana Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup hot cooked rice
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 large firm banana, sliced
fresh mint

Directions
In a bowl, combine rice and sugar; mix well. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream and banana. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon into serving dishes; garnish with mint if desired.
